Chronic Fatigue
Chronic fatigue is a condition characterized by ongoing physical and mental exhaustion that does not improve with rest. From a nervous system perspective, it often reflects a state of hypo-arousal — a low-energy, shut-down response that can occur when the system has been overwhelmed by prolonged stress or unresolved trauma.
In this state, the body conserves energy as a compulsive protective response, often resulting in symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, low motivation, and a sense of disconnection. This is not simply tiredness, but a deeper state of nervous system collapse that affects overall functioning.
My method offers practical tools to help guide the nervous system into a restorative state. Through gentle, precise breathing and somatic awareness practices, the body receives signals of safety, allowing it to shift out of survival mode and access its natural regenerative capacity.
With continued regulation, the system becomes more capable of sustaining energy and focus over time.
