I’ve coached since 2021 and started hosting Channeling Spirit and Free-Form Dance in 2025.

Much of the knowledge that guides my work, I’ve not so much learned as remembered: the innocence of childhood, the gentleness of the heart, the infinity within.

This journey of remembrance has been winding and indirect, through many wonderful teachers and practices.

Each providing their own way to access the truth within, and inspiring the creation of my present offerings: to become, ever more, who we already are.

Today, I live in Aarhus, Denmark, with my partner and our son.
